Meet our Owner

Our owner, EJ Bourg, began running equipment at just 6 years old. By the time he was 16, he was not only fluent in operating heavy machinery but also certain that a career in this field was his path forward. EJ’s journey in excavating has always been backed by an incredible support system, especially his late mother, Sandy. She was the quiet force behind the scenes, helping him navigate the complexities of running a business. Her contributions went beyond management—she even designed the logos that continue to represent our company today. EJ often says that without Sandy’s guidance and support, EEC wouldn’t be where it is now.

EJ has a deep passion for operating equipment and is genuinely the backbone of EEC. EJ’s expertise and commitment to superior workmanship are fundamental to our company’s success.
